Balboa Spa Control System Upgrade

The spa control pack on my 2010 Hydropool hot tub failed and the kit was obsolete. I was able to find just the control pack locally but it was pricey so I reluctantly purchased this complete upgrade kit online. The support person (Roger) helped determine what was compatible with my system and provided the documents he thought I might need. I pulled out the old gear and installed the new system in under 2 hours with very little work, basically plug and play. It was allot easier than I thought it would be and I saved almost $550 with a new system that is working great. I will definitely be buying from Pool Store Canada for anything I need for my hot tub in the future, support was excellent, shipping was quick and the price beat the places I checked before purchasing

Amazing service

This is absolutely the best support I have ever had. They walked me through installing my spa pak that I purchased from them and saved me hundreds maybe even thousands of dollars. They were able to trouble shoot over the phone exactly what was wrong which the spa people who came over to troubleshoot and charge me money with no real answer. AMAZING!!! AMAZING SERVICE !!!!!!

fixing my old hydropool tub was a breeze

this Balboa kit was easy to replace old one, measurements and connections were perfect, only been installed for a week, but seems to work exactly like it suppose to work, temperature and 2 speed jets working great using new pad. The only thing different that i would do it to get expedited instead of using POST OFFICE.WHICH TOOK APPROX, 14 DAYS TO DELIVER

Hot tub

I would definitely buy again. I would ask that you not use purolator for shipping as I have had issues with them and I had issues with them this time as well. Not impressed with the delivery system.

Balboa VS510SZ Retrofit worked perfectly

I was a bit nervous taking on the task of replacing the old control unit on my own but it came together nicely. It took me around 4 hours to remove the old control unit, install and wire the new unit and topside panel, and rewire the pump connecter for the new unit. Pool Store Canada selected the replacement unit and the dimensions matched my existing control unit so I did not have to make any plumbing changes....the unions matched perfectly with no leaks. The water heated up quickly to 102F and the family was in the hot tub later the same night. Thanks again for all the help PSC.

Great purchase people were great to deal with, have not had a chance to install yet, visual inspection is 100% all worth while, will not know more till after installation. From what i see its a good unit.

Balboa VS wrong face plate

Haven't been able to install this second attempt as the second attempt at the Power Pack provided a controller that doesn't fit where the original was installed. Hopingt o discover if some face plate is available - otherwise will have a fiberglass job on top of the power pack replacement.
