met expectations

Very comfortable and does the job of boosting me up. I had read in past reviews that it tends to float up and that is true.

Does not work properly

They are inflatable booster seat, you need to fill them up with water and fix it to the seat. I did this but unfortunately they did not stick at the bottom and it was a challenge to stay put on it. Since there is no refund possible I am stuck with 2 booster seat.

Works as described - customer service great

I received an email from owner of company thanking me and asking if i had any questions. I did have a couple questions 1) can I leave the cushions in tub: no 2) when should they be refilled (every few weeks) Awesome!

Hi Shawn Thank you for the review. As mentioned in the email, the booster seat should not be left in the hot tub when not in use to help extend the life of the seat. Also, you should really empty the booster seat of water every few weeks for good hygiene as the water will become stagnant and stale Roger Pool Store Canada

BOOSTER SEAT

ONLY PROBLEM SEEMS THAT ONE BOOSTER SEAT 2 OF THE SUCTION CUPS DO NOT ****. BOOSTER RISES FROM HOT TUB WHILE NOT SEATING ON IT.

How in the **** r we supposed to keep the seat attatched to the bottom of the hot tub when my own body cant keep it down and I am 150 lbs. Please email me the secret troydonihee@yahoo.ca VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Hi Troy, I have just emailed you on how to use the Life Spa Booster seats in your hot tub. To keep them from floating you will need to either fill with water of sand to maintain weight plus also push down on the suction caps to hold in place . Roger Pool Store Canada
