New hot tub pump

I received prompt and courteous service when I called. They helped me with choosing the correct pump for my hot tub. It was very easy to wire and install and has been working perfectly since. Overall great experience.

great service , good product

when I have the pump on high speed it works great, when i turn it on low speed, it basically does nothing (doesn't look like any of the water gets ****** into filter.

Excellent service

Have had my SPA since over 10 years. Had this first problem with my original water pump as it was leaking. This pump model was discontinued and I asked an advise for a good replacement model for this pump. Roger (Owner) gave me an answer very quickly suggesting me this new pump. I decided to order it from his store. I received it one week after at Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, QC . (far from BC) The connection plugs were not exactly the same as my original pump and Roger gave me a quick response on how to proceed. Excellent service from this store and I recommand it. Many thanks to Roger.

Executive 48 115v pump review

Not exactly as illustrated. had an external start capacitor rather than the internal one my old Ex48 had. And had to change wiring slightly & re-clock the wet end to fit it. No big deal there. Runs quite a bit quieter than old motor, so far very happy with. And shipping was GREAT. very fast even though I'm on the other side of the country
