We aim to ship within 1–2 business days from the time you place your order; 98% of orders ship within 24 hours of the order being placed and accepted (weekdays only).

Once an order is marked as fulfilled, we are not able to make changes to the order. All orders with Free Shipping will be Shipped Purolator Ground

We ship to Canada and USA. Note that shipment destinations outside of Canada may incur duties and import charges payable by the customer at the time of delivery. All deliveries will require a signature upon receipt.

Once an order leaves our warehouse, we are not able to control the shipping time with the courier service and Pool Store Canada is not responsible for late or missed deliveries.

Pool Store Canada is not liable for delays in delivery of packages due to Force Majeure such as Labour disputes, labour lock-outs, severe weather or weather related delays

Shipping is calculated at the checkout, orders over $69.00 are shipped free for most provinces, For orders Below $69.00 shipping is calculated at the check out. Please note that remote areas  – Nunavut, NWT, and Yukon will not qualify for free shipping.

All orders must be checked upon receipt. Shipments are checked for correctness before they leave our warehouse; however, in the rare event that an item is missing or damaged, this must be reported to us with 3 business days.

Items returned as 'Undelivered' (attempted delivery by courier)

If items are returned undelivered, then all shipping costs including the return shipping  will be deducted from any refund due. If you require the items to be resent, please note that there will be a charge for delivery. Items returned to stock will incur a 20% restocking fee plus all shipping costs.

Shipments are not sent on Public Holidays or Weekends.
