Product Warranty

Please note warranty claims may take up to 10 days to process.

Most products sold by Pool Store Canada come with the manufacturer’s limited warranty as per their warranty agreements. Should you need help with a part that is covered by warranty, please contact us using the contact form below or by calling -Toll Free - 866-316 9064 and we will be happy to help. The OEM warranty is exclusively provided by the manufacter. Pool Store Canada as a retailer does not provide any warranty on manufacturers’ parts and assumes no liability for any injury, loss or damage resulting from the improper use, damage from installation error or malfunction of an item we sell.

Pumps, spa packs and heaters all require to be tested by a qualified hot tub technician and a written report along with the company name submitted at time of warranty request.

Only faulty components such as heaters, sensors and flow switches will be replaced on spa pack unless issue relates to circuit board failure, then a new spa pack will be issued.

All warranty request will require an RMA, pleae use the contact form below to request an RMA warranty number.

Warranty process

All defective parts must be shipped back to Pool Store Canada with the RMA form we will email to you.

  • Once the item is received, we will test the item and submit the claim for approval to the manufacturer. If the claim is approved a replacement part will be shipped with in 48 hours.

  • Please note the customer is responsible for all shipping cost not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Parts that are damaged, missing labels, serial numbers not readable, improper installation of 115 volt parts hooked up to 240 volts, parts that have been tampered with modified or not in the original supplied condition will not qualify for warranty coverage.

Important information

On receipt we will examine and test the product sent back to make sure they meet the conditions set out by the manufacturer. The product ID numbers and serial numbers will be checked against the product purchase date. Any parts with chemical or physical damage, and evidence of unreasonable use, parts with illegible serial and part number, used in applications other than what they are intended for do not qualify for warranty.

Items altered or original parts changed will not qualify for warranty.

Refunds are not offered on warranty items.

The final decision for all warranty items will be at the descretion of the manufacturer. All decisions are final.
