Warranty

Please note that due to the Covid situation, warranties are currently taking up to 14 business days to process by the manufacturers.

All products and parts are covered by the warranty as provided by the product's manufacturer. Should you need help with a part that is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, please email or call Pool Store Canada, and in most cases we should be able to assist you with the manufacturer's warranty claim. Pool Store Canada as a retailer does not provide any warranty on any manufacturer's products. The parts warranty, if any, terms and conditions are those provided exclusively by the manufacturer of the part.

All manufacturer warranty claims are handled on behalf of the manufacturer by us and Pool Store Canada is not responsible for any warranty decisions.

All warranty items must be returned complete, with no missing parts. Any item returned incomplete will not be processed until all parts are received.

All electrical items such as circuit boards, spa control packs, pumps, and salt water generator systems, need to be installed by a qualified spa or pool technician. Proof of installation may be required for warranty claims.

Please note that a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is needed for all returns. Returns without an RMA will not be processed and will be sent back to the customer. The RMA number is valid for 10 days from the date of issue. If the return is not shipped with the 10-day period the return will not be valid.
