How long does it take to make my new cover?
All of our custom covers are made to order in Canada, production will start as soon as we receive your order.
Our Custom Fabric Covers are made within 4 weeks from the date of your order (excluding weekends). If your cover requires a follow-up call from one of our team, the manufacturing time will begin once the order is confirmed with you..
What is the cover taper ?
The cover taper refers to the thickness from the middle of the cover ( Fold ) to the edge. Increasing the taper improves the insulation and strength
We have three taper options to chose from:
- Standard: 4” to 2”
- Deluxe: 5” to 3”
- Supreme: 5” to 4” ( 2ld foam)
Is there a shipping cost ?
All hot tub cover orders will ship Free using standard delivery
If your Delivery area is outside of the couriers standard delivery zones then it will be subject to a delivery surcharge and not eligible for Free Shipping.
If your postal code is in one of these zones, we will contact you before processing you cover order with the shipping cost to be paid
